POP server: webmail.13x.com SSL Port: 995
SMTP server: webmail.13x.com SSL Port: 465 (authentication required, use your username and password)

Outlook Express configuration
Open Outlook Express and click on Tools, Accounts

click on Add, Mail

Type in the appropriate information

Click on the new account and click on Properties

Select the Servers tab and click the checkbox under Outgoing Mail Server

Select the Advanced tab and click both SSL cleckboxes. Make sure the port numbers match the image below.
